I. General information
The privacy of your personal data is one of the main concerns of Solus PRO SRL, based in Str. Baia De Arama no. 1, Bl. B, Ap. 119, Sect 2, Bucharest, Romania, as data controller.
This document is intended to inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of using the www.extreme-case.ro website. (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”)
II. Categories of processed personal data

If you are a Client of the Site, Solus PRO will process your personal data such as your first and last name, telephone, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, data on how you use the Site such as your behavior and preferences within the Site, as well as any other categories of data you provide directly in the context of creating your user account in the context of placing an order through the site or any other way that results from the use of the Site.
If you choose to create a user account just before completing the order of a product available on the Site, your email address will be required to automatically create an account. If you do not complete the order, the email address and other provided data will not be stored by Solus PRO SRL and the created account will be automatically deleted.
II.2. If you are a Visitor of the Site, Solus PRO will process your personal data that you provide directly in the context of the use of the Site, such as the data you provide in the contact section or requests for offers, in the extent to which you contact us in this way.
III. The purposes and bases of the processing
III.1. If you are a Client of the Site, Solus PRO SRL processes your personal data as follows:
– to conduct the contractual relationship between you and Solus PRO SRL, respectively for taking over, validating, sending and billing the order placed on the Site, informing you about the status of the order, organizing the return of ordered products, etc.

The provision of your personal data is necessary for the performance of this contract. Refusal to provide the data may result in the contractual relationship between you and Solus PRO SRL not being possible.
– for the fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent on Solus PRO SRL in the context of the services provided through the Site, including the obligations in the field of taxation, as well as in the field of archiving.

III.2. If you are a site visitor, Solus PRO SRL processes your personal data as follows:
– for marketing activities, respectively for the transmission of commercial communications on the products and services offered by Solus PRO SRL via the Site through the means of distance communication (e-mail, sms).

IV. The length of time we process the data
As a matter of principle, Solus PRO SRL will process your personal data as necessary to achieve the above mentioned processing purposes.
If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationships and subsequently to the legal obligations of Solus PRO SRL (eg, in the case of financial and accounting supporting documents for which the statutory retention term is 10 years from the end of the financial year during which they were drawn up).
If you are a customer and you are exercising the option of deleting your account, Solus PRO SRL will interpret this action as your option to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications informing you about the products and services offered through site. In this sense, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and / or sms of that kind. However, we want to inform you that deleting your account will not automatically delete your personal data. If you wish your personal data not to be processed further, or if you wish to delete the data, you can exercise the rights detailed in Section VII below. If you request to delete your account, but there is at least one active account on that account, the request for deletion of the account will only be recorded after the products have been delivered and the last active order has been completed.
If you withdraw your consent to data processing for marketing purposes, Solus PRO SRL will cease processing your personal data for this purpose without affecting the processing of Solus PRO SRL on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal.
V. Disclosure of personal data
For the purposes of processing, Solus PRO may disclose your data to partners, third parties or entities that support Solus PRO SRL in the course of its activity through the Site (eg courier companies, IT service providers) or to the authorities central / local public, in the following illustrative examples:
– for the administration of the Site;

VII. Your rights
Under the conditions provided by the legislation on personal data processing, you are entitled to the following rights:
– the right to information, ie the right to receive details of the processing activities performed by Solus PRO SRL, as described in this document;
– the right of access to data, ie the right to obtain confirmation from Solus PRO SRL regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding the processing activities such as the way the data are processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients or categories of data recipients, etc .;
– the right to rectification, ie the right to obtain inaccurate or unjustified personal data without sufficient delay by Solus PRO SRL, as well as the completion of incomplete data; Correction / completion shall be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts.
– the right to delete the data without undue delay (‘the right to be forgotten’), where one of the following reasons applies:
– they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
– where consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for processing;
– if the data subject opposes the processing and there are no legitimate reasons to prevail;
– where personal data has been processed illegally,
– if personal data has to be deleted for compliance with a legal obligation;
– personal data has been collected in connection with the provision of information society services under Union or national law under which the operator is located.
It is possible that, following the request for data deletion, Solus PRO SRL will anonymize this data (thus depriving it of personal character) and continue processing for statistical purposes under these conditions;
– the right to restrict the processing to the extent that:
– the person disputes the accuracy of the data, for a period that allows us to verify the correctness of the data;
– the processing is illegal and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data, but instead calls for the restriction of their use;
– the operator no longer requires personal data for processing, but the data subject requests them for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court; or the data subject opposed to processing (other than direct marketing) for the period of time to verify that the legitimate rights of the operator prevail over those of the data subject.
– the right to data portability, respectively (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and readable format, and (ii) the right to have such data transmitted by to Solus PRO SRL to another data operator, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;
– the right to opposition – in respect of the processing activities may be exercised by submitting a request as indicated below;
– at any time, for reasons related to the particular circumstances of the data subject, that the data that is intended to be processed under the legitimate interest of Solus PRO SRL or in the public interest, except where Solus PRO SRL can demonstrate that he has legitimate and compelling reasons that justify the processing and that prevails over the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or that the purpose is to establish, exercise or defend a right in court;
– at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that data intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes.
– the right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision, that is, the right not to be the subject of a decision taken solely on the basis of automatic processing activities, including the creation of profiles, which produces legal effects affecting the data subject or affects it in a similar way to a significant extent;
– the right to address to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing or to the competent courts, to the extent that you consider it necessary.
